Welcome to Willow Mill

 

Willow Mill is a converted Grade II Listed stone mill located in the Village of Caton in the Lower Lune Valley about 4 miles East of Lancaster. The mill is divided into 16 business units over three floors with a total lettable area of over 10,000sq.ft. With mature trees, green space and a mill race running through the site, Willow Mill is a stunning location for business.

 

The bright and contemporary business units have smart (recently refurbished) Communal Entrances and each unit has access to fibre broadband. We also hope to have B4RN at the mill very soon which will give our residents access to better internet speeds than much of Lancaster City Centre.

 

Willow Mill is a short walk from the centre of the village of Caton, with a supermarket, a deli, a pharmacy, Caton Health Centre and 2 pubs. It is also a 5 minute drive from J34 of the M6, so commuting and business travel couldn't be easier.
